Greetings from the President 2014-2015

woonsup choi         Greetings from President Woonsup Choi

Dear KAGES members,

I am excited to assume presidentship of KAGES, and first would like to thank all members and supporters. As president-elect over the past year, I thought about how to lead KAGES for the year 2014-2015, and would like to share my thoughts here with you.

We witnessed the tremendous development of KAGES from scratch over the last half a decade. Now I think we need to push KAGES to a new level of maturity and professionalism so that all members and outsiders have confidence and trust in KAGES.

In this context, I plan to pursue the following goals during my term. First, strengthen membership management. Second, adhere to the bylaw in running KAGES. Third, publish the journal with stability and increased visibility. Overall, I envision that from this year on, KAGES will be more like a mature adult and less like an adolescent.

I look forward to your active participation in and support for KAGES for the year and beyond.

Sincerely,
Woonsup Choi
